From the walk street this looks like a friendly and freshened-up historic bungalow with a charming 1925 porch.  However unknown to the passerby is very livable 10’ high celling basement with glassy 3-story spiral stairs going up.  To the roof you open a James-bond-like operable glass ceiling…going to an outdoor kitchen, hot tub, and a large retractable movie screen.  Quality and careful detailing were required throughout this project.  Nice work by the interior designer.
