Modern stucco-glass-steel house in dense area of Venice near Abbot Kinney.  A bit edgy as we are in the Venice neighborhood. Spacious feel in a very compact neighborhood.  Wood ceiling adds warmth.  Not too complicated to build, as this project for a developer.
